Remote opportunity with preference for located in the Pacific Northwest (West Coast), Canada, or East Coast.
Quadient is seeking a dynamic sales leader to scale our SMB digital sales team, with a strategic focus on Accounts Receivable Automation. This role is hands-on—working shoulder to shoulder with reps to coach, mentor, and drive performance in a high-volume SaaS environment.
Lead and develop a high-performing team selling financial automation solutions, with a focus on AR Automation.
Drive outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and conversion across prospects and existing accounts.
Ensure quota attainment and repeatable success through strong sales execution and coaching.
Champion SaaS best practices and cross-sell strategies across the Quadient Digital portfolio.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market efforts and accelerate growth.
Your profile
Your profile
5+ years of SaaS sales leadership, in financial automation or fintech.
Proven success in high-volume, early-stage pipeline development through close.
Experience leading outbound-focused teams and managing upsell motions.
Strong player-coach mentality with executive presence and mentoring capability.
Ability to operate collaboratively and drive strategic alignment across teams.
