Your role in our future
We’re hiring a Director, Global Brand Strategy to build and lead our first formal global brand program. In this newly created and highly visible role, you’ll unify our brand presence across business units, lead a small but mighty brand team, and drive high-impact campaigns that position Quadient as a trusted partner across mail, digital, and parcel automation solutions.

Define and implement a global brand strategy aligned with Quadient’s growth goals
Lead brand marketing, campaigns, and corporate communications with a global remit
Build and manage a small, high-performing team covering brand, content, and design
Partner with executive leadership, business units, and marketing teams to develop a cohesive brand narrative
Oversee brand design, messaging, and internal brand training initiatives
Run global brand campaigns across digital, social, and paid channels—with support from demand generation, PR, and analyst relations
Collaborate across functions to demonstrate brand impact on business outcomes
Guide creative strategy and campaign development across a multi-solution portfolio
Your profile
Proven leadership experience in brand marketing, brand campaigns, and corporate communications
Experience running global brand campaigns with measurable business impact
Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns
Familiarity with PR/AR collaboration and multi-solution brand positioning
Confident communicator with experience presenting to executive leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, and Contentful (basic familiarity is sufficient)
Strategic mindset with strong execution skills-comfortable shaping both vision and output
Experience working in B2B companies with multiple business lines is a strong plus
