Main Responsibilities 💌
The Digital Project Lead IT integration projects related to the acquisition of new entities as well as transformation projects, ensuring system coherence, data security, and operational continuity while respecting deadlines, budgets, and group standards.
Tasks
Project Scoping: Gather business and IT requirements from subsidiaries to be integrated, draft the specifications, define deliverables and milestones in collaboration with the Transformation team.
During Acquisition: Identify the IT organization, processes, software architecture, infrastructure, IT contract costs, and renewal dates during the due diligence phase for potential decommissioning.
Integration Management: Oversee the migration of systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), ensure infrastructure compatibility, and coordinate technical teams.
Change Management: Support users in adopting new tools, organize training sessions, and manage organizational impacts.
Monitoring and Reporting: Implement performance indicators, ensure budget tracking, and regularly communicate with stakeholders (steering committees, management, subsidiaries).
Security and Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, data security during transfers, and adherence to internal standards
Capitalization: Document processes, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration methods.
Your skills:
Engineering degree or Master's in IT, information systems, or project management.
5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in post-acquisition integration projects.
Technical: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), HRIS, project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
Methodologies: Experience in agile methodologies.
Functional: Knowledge of business processes (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, OTC, Finance, HR, Logistics, Service, etc.).
Transversal: Organization, leadership, communication, risk management, negotiation, interpersonal skills, teamwork and autonomy, rigor, ability to argue and convince.
Languages: Fluent in French and English.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: All business and IT functions involved in the projects.
- External: Consulting firms, business experts.
