We are looking for a Marketing Insights Manager to lead a talented team of data analysts and data scientists. This role is at the heart of our data-driven marketing strategy, focused on delivering high-impact insights and predictive models that shape the way we engage with customers and drive measurable business outcomes.
This position can be based in the Czech Republic, UK or Spain and reports into our global marketing organization.
Your role in our future:
Lead and mentor a team of 5 data analysts and data scientists focused on delivering actionable insights and building marketing models.
Oversee the development, validation, and deployment of predictive models such as:
Propensity to buy
Churn prediction
Customer lifetime value (CLV)
Enterprise Marketing Attribution
Target Account Lists
Ensure data models are scalable, consistent, and relevant across multiple business units.
Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to identify business needs and develop insights that guide campaign strategies, segmentation, and targeting.
Guide the creation of intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support decision-making across global teams.
Champion high standards of data governance, model performance, and long-term sustainability.
Promote a data-first culture and help evolve our approach to marketing analytics across the organization.
Your profile:
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior-level data insights or reporting role, ideally within marketing or customer analytics.
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing analytics teams and managing complex modeling projects.
Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data storytelling.
Expertise in Python, R, or SQL, with hands-on experience using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify and clearly explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
