Content Marketing Manager
Join Parcel Pending’s dynamic marketing team as a Content Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you’ll lead strategic content initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Content Strategy: Create data-informed plans aligned with business goals and audience needs, including keyword and gap analysis.
  • Create & Curate Content: Produce and manage diverse formats—blogs, videos, infographics, ebooks—through hands-on creation or collaboration with internal and external contributors.
  • Optimize for Visibility: Apply SEO best practices and adapt content for social media to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage Distribution: Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) to publish and distribute content across web, email, and social platforms.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversions to refine strategies.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified voice and style across all content.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and product to align messaging and goals.
  • Leverage AI Tools: Identify and integrate AI solutions to enhance content creation, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Refine AI-Generated Content: Edit and adapt AI outputs to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong grasp of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools
  • Collaborative mindset with project management skills
  • Analytical thinker with a creative approach
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and execution
