This role is offered on a hybrid basis, 2 days in our fantastic offices on the Olympic Park, Stratford (London) and 3 days at home.
About the Role
Reporting directly into the Customer Experience Manager this role is to ensure field activity effectiveness and customer satisfaction by adequately managing customer calls, activity planning of service activities, field and technical support staff. Managing all other needed support to the field. The Dispatcher will manage an important number of inbound and outbound calls. Ensure that jobs are booked according to contract entitlement and responding to service calls. You’ll be supporting and resolving customer queries relating to our website, our services, customer accounts, payments and much more. You’ll take ownership of the resolution of the queries, liaising with other teams across Quadient to get this done. We expect you to keep our CRM updated, follow up on calls and requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved. This will include:
- Activity planning of service activities, field and technical support staff
- Managing all other needed support to the field
- The Dispatcher will manage an important number of inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure that jobs are booked according to contract entitlement
- Responding to service calls
Your profile
About You
- Fluent in German speaking verbal and written
- You will have previous experience within an inbound calls role
- An interest in technology
- Must have a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel
- Technically minded so the ability to solve technical queries once trained
