We’re seeking a hands-on skilled professional, to build, scale, govern and optimize AI-driven workflows for our global SDR team. If you’ve worked in outbound sales or RevOps and have built automations to boost team performance, you’ll feel right at home here.

Own and Scale SDR Workflows with Precision

  • Architect, implement, and continuously optimize AI-powered, process-driven systems that support SDR workflows to improve their productivity and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable, and auditable workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Gumloop, LLMs, and APIs—ensuring reliability, version control, and minimal disruption to SDR operations.
  • Design modular, reusable automation components that can be adapted across global SDR teams and integrated with CRM, Sales Engagement, and Marketing platforms.

Drive Automation with Operational Rigor

  • Lead automation discovery sessions with SDR leadership to gather business requirements, define success metrics, and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Implement governance frameworks for automation, including documentation, project scope, change management protocols, and QA/testing procedures to ensure system integrity.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate automation impact and continuously iterate based on data insights.

Enable and Empower the SDR Team

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, onboarding materials, and process maps to ensure clarity and consistency across global teams.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to drive adoption of new tools and workflows, ensuring SDRs understand the “why” and “how” behind each process.
  • Act as a strategic partner to SDR leadership, ensuring automation aligns with GTM goals and enhances team performance.

Your profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in SDR Operations, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, or a similar GTM function with a strong focus on process design and automation.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining complex automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and APIs—bonus for scripting or light coding experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • You think globally, act proactively, and who thrives on cross-functional alignment, stakeholder management, and driving measurable impact.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization, documentation, and operational excellence.

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $78,000.00 - $94,000.00 CAD annually, plus bonus.
