Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accurate reporting and process improvement? We’re looking for an Accountant (f/m/d) to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in ensuring our financial integrity and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Review monthly Profit and Loss statements, ensuring all entries are accurate and allocated correctly by cost center and function
Submit timely and accurate financial reports via Hyperion, in line with Group Treasury and consolidation timelines
Oversee and review account reconciliations and balance sheet schedules prepared by local teams
Partner with external auditors and tax consultants to meet all statutory and tax filing requirements
Provide financial insights and support to regional leadership on finance-related initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
What You Bring:
A degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
Familiarity with Hyperion or similar financial reporting tools
Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards
Experience working with auditors and tax authorities
A proactive, analytical approach with great attention to detail
Full proficiency in English and German is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
