On this significant day, March 8, 2024, we join the global community in honouring International Women's Day. It's a moment not only to look back on the strides made in 2023 but also to recommit ourselves to action in 2024.

At Quadient, we understand and value the power of diversity. We are dedicated to enriching the human experience within our company across various dimensions, including race, gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, and abilities. We embrace and celebrate the diverse experiences and perspectives of women, recognizing the invaluable skills they bring to our organization. As we learn from one another and empower each other, we move forward together as a united global Quadient community.

Step by step, we are building a more diverse and inclusive workforce at Quadient, one that #InspiresInclusion. While we continuously challenge ourselves to do better, we also take pride in celebrating the achievements that contribute to making Quadient a more respectful, equitable, and inclusive workplace for women and for all.

Driving Change for Women's Flourishing at Quadient

In recent years, Quadient has taken deliberate actions to drive meaningful change, fostering an environment where diversity is embraced and nurtured:

Elevating Talent: Since 2019, we've set ambitious goals to increase women in senior management positions. We've made public commitments to steadily enhance gender diversity year-over-year, aiming for at least 30% representation by the end of 2023. We're proud to report that we exceeded this goal, reaching 31.2% representation in 2023.

Improving Talent Pipeline: Recognizing the importance of a diverse talent pool, we've taken steps to address bias within our systems and processes. We've provided training for our managers and invested in partnerships with organizations such as Women in Sales Everywhere (WISE) and myGwork to support diversity and inclusion.

Leadership: In a significant move, we welcomed Quadient's first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director, Emma Cumming, in the past year. Emma plays a pivotal role in advancing our DE&I efforts across the organization, driving change and fostering inclusivity at all levels.

Community: We've fostered a culture of inclusion within our workplace through our Empowered Communities – including The Mosaic, Love is Love, DiverseABILITY, Act4Earth, and Fearless WoMen. These communities provide a platform for colleagues to come together, support one another, and champion female empowerment.

#InspiringInclusion in 2024 – Let's Take Action!

Each one of us has a role to play in creating an inclusive workplace where women feel valued, heard, and empowered to succeed at every level. As Quadient's Chief People and Transformation Officer, I am committed to continuing to elevate our people, welcome diverse talent, and eliminate bias in our practices.

Together with the Executive Committee, I pledge to nurture a workplace where gender equality thrives, and everyone has the opportunity to advance their careers.

As we move forward, let's remember that our everyday decisions contribute to achieving parity and equity in every workplace. Let's make 2024 another year of progress towards a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive society. Together, we can create a better world for ourselves and for future generations.

Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to inclusion.
