Information security, cybersecurity, data privacy, continuity planning and other terms are being bandied about more and more frequently in today's world. Whether in connection with some unpleasant global event (e.g. Loj4g or SolarWinds incidents) or the introduction of new legislation (e.g. GDPR or ZoKB). At Quadient, we recognize that our employees and our customers have only the highest expectations when it comes to the security of their data or the delivery of agreed services.
That's why we have long been building a strong system that integrates information and cyber security, adds data privacy and compliance, and last but not least, preparation for unexpected events. From an initial lone certificate to ISO 27001:2005, we as a company now have 18 different certifications or assessments focused on the aforementioned areas. This of course entails a large number of requirements that we must meet and be able to credibly document upon request.
Our internal auditors regularly check that all requirements are being met and any deficiencies are quickly addressed. Similarly, we monitor the latest trends, react to events as they occur, and continually improve the system.
However, internal verification is one thing, and external verification by an independent authority is another. That is why all our assessments and certifications are validated annually by a credible and experienced external partner, providing assurance to our customers and other stakeholders that we are indeed complying with all requirements and have the necessary processes and controls set up internally. As a result, our customers can meet the requirements imposed on them by regulators, for example, and our employees can rest assured that their data is safe with us.
