Tell us about yourself and what you enjoy doing in your free time
Born in Tunisia, I've spent the last four years in Canada, starting in Montreal and now settled in Ottawa. As a proud parent of two energetic kiddos, Lyna (5) and Elyes (7), my days are filled with the delightful challenges of parenthood! Beyond the realm of parenting, I am deeply enthralled by the world of theatre as an amateur performer. And let's not forget my insatiable wanderlust—I've explored 19 countries across five continents! Life's an adventure, and I'm here to embrace every moment with a dash of theatrics and a whole lot of joy.
You describe your overall experience at Quadient during your first year?
My first year at Quadient has been a whirlwind of learning and challenges. I've quickly adapted to changes while having a blast with my amazing colleagues, who have become a reliable support network. It's been a transformative and enjoyable experience. Excited for what's to come!
Have you had any opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects or teams? How has this influenced your understanding of the company as a whole?
I've had fantastic opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects – The Global IDA Agile Cross-functional team. Working within this dynamic team structure, as a regional Demand Gen lead, has greatly enhanced our efficiency and overall performance. This experience has reinforced the importance of collaboration and teamwork at Quadient, where we all share the same goal: success.

When I feel empowered, I have a sense of control and autonomy over my tasks and projects. This allows me to bring my unique ideas to the table, knowing that my contributions are valued and respected.
