What attracted you to Quadient and why do you stay?
I had a clear goal in my career path to one day join recruitment on the corporate side. But I didn't want to do it at any cost. I wanted to join a company with values and above all ambition. After the first interview I knew that by joining Quadient I would be able to tick those boxes.

How have you grown in your role or personally while at Quadient?
Quadient has allowed me to be myself in my position and to perform in the way I want to in order to achieve my managers' objectives. For instance, I’ve started as a Talent Acquisiton Sourcer and in just a few months I became a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, recruiting for roles across France and BENELUX.
